What is your response time for emergency lockout services?

Our tedhnicians are direct dispatched so we will be at your location within 30 minutes. Most times even less. If we expect the travel time to be longer to get to your location, we will let you know.

What’s the benefit of "rekeying" a lock?

Rekeying a lock saves time and money. When rekeying, you keep your existing lock, but the pins inside the lock are changed. You will get new keys because your old key won’t work in a rekeyed lock.

Do you charge a service fee to come to a home or business to look at the lock(s)?

No, inspections, consultations, and estimations are free.
